-Download the file named Zebra_setup_Utilities.exe, to your computer.
Step 2 Double click on the Zebra_setup_Utilities.exe file to start the installation.
Wait for a few seconds.
Step 3 Click next on the following dialogue box and follow the steps as shown below:
Step 4 Mark the checkbox beside I have read the information above, click next and Finish on the screen that follows with the option Run zebra utilities now selected.
Step 5 Select Usb (Universal Serial Bus) on the next dialogue and click next.
Step 6 We can now connect the Zebra printer to the computer with the Usb cable and turn it on.
A message described on the following image will appear when the printer is connected to the computer. We must wait for another status message to appear to continue the installation.
When the following message appears, we can continue the installation.
Step 7 The printer has now been installed on the computer, click finish.
Step 8 While the printer is still connected to the computer, select Configure printer connectivity from the Zebra setup utility screen as shown below.
Step 9 Select static from the screen that follows, add the information below to the fields and click next.
IP Address: 192.168.123.20
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.123.1
Step 10 Type the word default to ESSID field, leave the other fields as they are and click next.
Step 11 The wizard will show the settings that will be sent to the printer. Click next to continue.
Step 12 From the Zebra setup utility, select the printer and click on Open communication with printer.
Step 13 Type the code exactly as shown below and click on the button Send to printer. That will activate once you have entered the code.

Verifying printer settings
1. Turn off the printer while not connected to your computer.
2. While pressing the FEED button, turn on the printer.
3. When printing has started, release the FEED button.
