Step 1
Find the image you want to capture. Search through your iPad to find any image that you want to capture. You can take a screenshot of the OIS/MIS iMobile app error message that you get, take a screen shot of an abnormal behavior with the app.
Step 2
Locate your Home button. This is the round button that’s centered on the bottom of your iPad. There’s a label of a white square in the center of the button.
Step 3
Locate your Sleep/Wake button. This button is on the top right of the iPad. This is the button you use to turn your iPad on and off.
Step 4
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button, and while holding it, press and release the Home button. Then you can release the Sleep/Wake button (this can be a moment later).
- Don’t hold down both buttons together for too long – this will power off your iPad. You only need to “click” the Home button, not hold it.
Step 5
If the screenshot worked successfully, then you’ll hear a camera shutter sound and see a white screen.
Step 6
Confirm that you’ve captured the image. Just look through your Camera Roll to see if the image appears there. To find your Camera Roll, just click on the “Photos” app on your home screen.
- “Camera Roll” will be listed as your first album.
Step 7
Look for the final image at the bottom — this is where you should find your screenshot.
Step 8
Tap on the share button located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 9
Select the “Mail” option to attach the image to the email that you can send with the description of the issue.
Step 10
Enter a subject to the email and type the following email address to send the email: support@ordersinseconds.com and click send when you are finished your compose.
