How to request a callback.

Step 1  
 
Tap on the ‘‘Support’’ icon.

Step 2  
 
Tap on the ‘‘e-Mail: Request Support call back’’ option.

Step 3  
 
On the ‘‘Request a call back’’ part, add the following information,
1- Add a good contact phone number
2- Add a brief description of the problem
3- tap ‘‘send’’ to complete the process.
