This module will teach you how to create a new customer directly in OIS Central.
Before creating a new customer, ensure you have the proper credentials and role permissions for this action.
Without the correct role, you may encounter an error that prevents you from adding new customers.
Steps
- Click on the Customer tab.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the Customer label on the top panel.
- After clicking the (+) sign, the menu for new customer creation will appear.
- Make sure you enter the mandatory fields (Company Name, First name, Addres with city,state and zip code, Sales Rep) and click on save.
