Access Token not found issue description
The “Access Token not found” error occurs when QuickBooks Online fails to validate the authentication token sent by the OIS system, which is required to transfer, read, or write information within the platform.
This guide provides the steps needed to quickly and effectively resolve this issue, ensuring proper communication between OIS and QuickBooks Online.
- Log in to OIS Central, making sure to enter the correct credentials.
In OIS Central, at the top right corner, click on the downward arrow next to the word Welcome.
